Join us for our small group tour of Eritrea, in which we’ll gain a fascinating glimpse into this largely undiscovered region of Africa, Dahlak Islands. This tour will allow you to explore the best of dahlak Islands. We begin and finish our tour to Dahlak Islands with the charming capital city Asmara located at 2,300m, which is a pleasant place any time of the year. There is enough time to visit some of the Italian-style cafés and bars before heading to our destination of the Red Sea coast and the city of Massawa and the Dahlak Islands, a place with a captivating exotic and fascinating character and an enjoyable place to explore.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1Arrival Asmara

Arrive at the Asmara International Airport, and you will be transferred to your hotel after processing the custom formalities. In the afternoon we take a tour of Asmara. A tour guide will lead visitors to some of the intriguing and exciting places in Asmara.

Day 2Asmara - Massawa city - Dahlak Islands

Departure to Massawa, As soon as we arrive in Massawa and arrange our tourist permit, we embark on a day trip to the Dahlak Islands by motorboat to discover the “Pearls of the Red Sea”: the Dahlak Islands. The itinerary includes visiting some of the most exciting and prosperous coral reef islands.

Overnight in tent for the night.

Full Board (breakfast, dinner, and lunch with local beverages (bottled soft drinks, water, or beers) 4 pieces per person, per day.)

Day 3Dahlak Islands - Asmara

After taking a final dip in this beautiful paradise, make our way back to Massawa, and we will be reached by afternoon. The remainder of the day will tour the city. Massawa City has survived throughout the centuries, and the old port city has preserved a fantastic collection of Ottoman architecture.

Day 4Asmara city Tour

After breakfast, our tour starts in Asmara and places around Asmara. Asmara is inscribed on the UNESCO Heritage List, and the town is called “Piccola Roma” (Little Rome). Architectural wonders are described in many of its buildings, such as the Roman Catholic Cathedral, St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, Al Khulafa al Rashedin, Market (vegetable, spices), Medeber (recycling depot), National Museum, Fiat Tagliero Building, Tank Cemetery, etc.

It is situated on a plateau of highland located in central Eritrea. Asmara, a Modernist city in Africa, is considered the capital city of the country. It is a remarkable example of a planned city colonial in its time due to the subsequent stages of planning from 1893 and 1941, during the Italian colonial administration.

Late in the evening transfer to airport for departure. End of Tour!!!
